Loved the rooftop bbq. Amazing view from the roof. Very tiny room but it had a large fridge and a cooking supplies which we took up to the roof to host family get togethers a couple of nights. It was very clean. Bedroom was small and a bit dated and dark. Great location close to everything. A bit difficult to communicate as our desk person did not understand English however we were in Mexico and didn’t speak much Spanish. Made out well! Thank you

Excellent value for money

Very good budget hotel with comfortable rooms. Excellent central location in Playa Norte. Room had everything we needed: good bed, fridge, dishes, cutlery, air conditioning, ceiling fan, hot water, chairs on balcony, view to the water across the street. Rooftop terrace was a nice extra for reading in the shade or tanning. Very happy with this hotel!

This is not a beach front property. It's very nice place to stay in El Centro, with a short walk to the beach. You don't need a golf cart , you can walk everywhere you need to go.

Place was in very good location. Close to ferry , beaches and all. The room was a bit dark and bathroom smelly. As soon as you get close to the hotel you can smell it from outside to the second floor. If you can pass the smell it’s an ok place to stay for the price

The place was perfect for the ease of getting off the ferry & walking with a large suitcase. Perfect walking distance to shopping & restaurants. Friendly front desk staff. Economical. Sweet little spot.

The property had a lot of stairs. Not a good choice is you can’t handle the climb. There was a rooftop sitting area which offered wonderful views of the sea and Cancun. It was very quiet for being less than a block off the Main Street in Isla

This property is very old but well kept...a lot of character for sure but lots of stairs...super clean...beautiful view from lovely terrace on top that you can relax on...BBQ on....very comfortable beds....great location!!! Would def stay again....Mike & Marguerite are sweet hosts but very little English....they tried hard to please us 😀 Only 3 min walk to ferry!
