"Mi experiencia no fue buena. Durante toda mi estadía nunca tuve agua caliente, a pesar de que esperaba contar con este servicio. Es algo básico, especialmente para una estadía de varios días, y considero que deberían solucionar este inconveniente para futuros huéspedes."

"Beautiful villa stay in Roatan — we’d come back
We stayed in a beautiful villa in Roatan and loved the setting from the moment we arrived. Having the pool right outside the door and an ocean view made every morning and evening feel special. It’s the kind of place you actually use, not just photograph.

"On the Hotel booking website it said Check in was 11:30pm so we arrived at Around 12:30pm
When we arrived we had to wait over 45 minutes for our rooms to be ready, nowhere in the site said that their pool was closed due to maintenance the person at lobby said it closed for the weekend but it looked like it had been closed for months! There was a group of students staying there that kept knocking on all the doors on the hallways and running at all times during our stay! Wouldn’t stay there again!"

"Our stay was wonderful. The room was comfortable and our kitchenette was stocked with much more than we expected in the way of cookware and dishes (colander, assorted glasses, Tupperware etc). We stayed in oak ridge and loved the proximity to the pool and breakfast each morning was great. The hotel is a quick walk to town and we felt safe walking each day and night with our 5 year old daughter. Bring bug spray! "This was a perfect location on the beach, a tiny bit excluded, separate from the other hotels and resorts for privacy and from sellers on the beach but right on the beach and minutes from walking to all the other activity on the beach.
