"Although we enjoyed our stay at the hotel and felt the 2 onsens were very enjoyable, the in hotel shop was nice and the breakfast buffet was extremely good, however we felt that the room we stayed in was not up to normal Japanese standards compared to the 7 years we have lived in and vacationed throughout Japan. We found that the room only received a daily surface cleaning. Under our bed was a think coating of dirt and dust (which impacted my asthma) and the under rim of the toilet there was...
