"Amazing! Super friendly staff and excellent location. Very comfy beds. Only issue was the hot water isn't consistent and gets too hot randomly. They just had an incident where the hot water stopped working altogether for one morning (which was fixed immediately) but could be due to that. Otherwise a perfect stay."

"Our stay at The Waldorf Hilton, London was excellent from start to finish. The check in staff were polite, welcoming and efficient. The room was ready despite us arriving before the check in time. Whilst the room was on the small side, with a view of a brick wall, it was perfectly functional and very clean. We didn't dine in the hotel but we did use both bars and found the staff very friendly and engaging with a depth of knowledge of the drinks menu. The hotel is in a very central position. Would highly recommend"
