"One of the best and most relaxing vacations we have had as a family. Stayed for 9 days with adult children and made Dubrovnik Palace Hotel the base of our operations, easily accessing the Old Town and the port and going on multiple trips. "The Hotel Lapad was lovely. The staff was great at check in, however I did have to ask for my VIP perk the next day (bottle of wine.) The pool area is beautiful, but they put the loungers away at 7pm. Also, if you want a lounger (sun bed), get to the pool early since there aren’t enough considering the size of the hotel.
