The hotel was in an excellent position just off of The Stradon with no steps to climb. Easy walk from the airport express bus stop. The amenities were very modern and comfortable inside. It was well priced and included and excellent breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was like the Tardis - you wouldn’t believe it could be hiding behind the little door in the tiny street and yet there is a fantastic modern hotel shoe-horned inside a lovely old building. Incredibly close to the Pile gate, which made arriving and leaving with luggage very easy. Unexpectedly great free breakfast with espresso coffees and made to order food, served with a smile. Stylish, comfortable rooms with good air conditioning and no street noise. Great proximity to everything in Old Town. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel, right in the heart of Dubrovnik’s Old Town! The location is definitely its biggest advantage. It’s very close to Pile Gate, which makes a huge difference when arriving with luggage, since the Old Town is pedestrian-only and you need to walk through the historic streets to reach your accommodation. It’s also very convenient if you plan to explore outside the city walls. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, kindly carrying our large suitcases up the stairs. We really appreciated their assistance! Our room was spacious enough for a couple, with a nice bathroom and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We also discovered that breakfast was included, which was a lovely surprise! The food was tasty and a great way to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its unbeatable location, easy access, and welcoming staff. If you want to stay inside the Old Town and explore Dubrovnik on foot, this is a great option.

Hilarija, the apparent hotel manger, was great. She was accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by a day. She was genuinely concerned when one member of our party was not feeling well, asking if a physician was needed, and even suggesting that a pharmacist might be of help. The hotel was nicely located within the walls of the ancient city and luckily for us was located in the level portion of the city! Other accommodation locations within the walls could require mounting many stairs with luggage in tow to reach a hotel.

Great little hotel with only 8 rooms. Great staff and very clean. Breakfast was great. The only negatives are that the room was on the small side and it was a little warm at night as the air controls are restricted, also we were on the top floor with no lift which is fine except for when you arrive and check out with heavy bags. Would I stay here again - absolutely.

This hotel is a school hotel, so the timing of the reception is unusual (if you are someone who likes asking questions at any time it could bother you, we were perfectly happy with being autonomous in the evening). The staff is lovely, and the rooms were very clean. The location is the best if you want to visit the old town, and when we were there we didn't have any noise from the street.

Great location. One block inside the wall from Pile Gate. Did self check in so only saw staff on a limited basis. Several choices for breakfast and very nice serving staff. WiFi was strong. Room very nice and comfortable bed.
