"As a writer, I wanted to immerse my self in the experience of staying here. It really did exceed my expectations. The only two things that were pitfalls were I tried to make a reservation at their restaurant and they said it was booked out for a private dinner but when I went down stairs I saw multiple guests in the restaurant and empty tables available. The second thing was I paid for a merc e-class to pick me up from the hotel to the airport and a merc van collected me. I wouldn’t complain...

"ヘリテージホテルという名前ではあったが、全く不都合はなく、とてもきれいで使いやすいよいホテルでした！エレベーターは一人と大型スーツケース2個とでいっぱいになるが、もう一人は階段て上がれば丁度良いし、氷やコーヒーがいつでも貰いに行けてとても便利でした。 おいしいジェラート屋さんやスーパーマーケットも近いし、何より観光名所も頑張れば全て徒歩で行けます。 うわさの朝食はお部屋にもってきてくれて、とてもゆっくり美味しくいただけました。 チェックアウト後も、スーツケースを安全に預かってくれて助かりました！ お世話になりました！ありがとうございました！"

"This property is very closed to Zagreb Central Railway Station where there is a small shopping center. The Central Bus Station is walkable, around 17 minutes. You can also walk to Ban Josip Jelacic Square where is the Centre of the Lower Town. The hotel is in a good location."
