We love everything about the Royal Hotel chain. Wonderful clean spacious rooms, with all the amenities. Private pool , nice beach, excellent breakfast buffet and their restaurants are also high quality. Location is perfect- close to Lapad and easy to get into Old Town with a short Uber ride so you get the quiet of the resort away from the noisy tourist crowds. Highest recommendation.

Stay was overall good. Breakfast was great, resort is very beautiful and walkable. Plenty of pools and also very easy access to swim in the ocean. Very clean hotel and the room is well equipped. The staff are very welcoming and helpful everywhere. The spa services are excellent! The breakfast is very good, does offer a good spread. Slightly disappointed with the dinner buffet and the fact that there simply aren’t enough sun beds for the room capacity. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and the old town is a 15min straightforward direct bus ride. The bus stop is right by the hotel.

The hotel was lovely overall and the room was nice and big but there was something about it we didn’t thoroughly enjoy, the outside space and the swimming pools felt crowded somehow although we always found space to sunbathe no matter the time of day. The restaurants were ok but not amazing and the breakfast we felt was lucking variety.
