"The staff and the services were great! The only downside was the mattress: perhaps my room wasn’t the best, but I didn’t like my mattress and pillow that much compared to other hotels I have been. Yet, nothing that would compromise my sleep! The swimming pool and spa were great but there were way too many people in the hotel during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy them much. I would definitely recommend this hotel, just not during high peak season!"

"When we arrived the room was not so clean , for the price we can get a better hotel . Also the corridor and our room smelled cigarette. It’s an old hotel that needs to be taken care of. For the checkout if we want to stay a little bit more it’s not possible. There’s any flexibility with their staff."

"The room and the surrounding was clean. There was a restaurant in the building. Breakfast unfortunately is not included especially in what we booked. The Nespresso coffee maker gave us some trouble - I guess not being familiar with it made it difficult to use. The staff was amazing and were helpful in explaining everything even though some knew limited English - didn’t expect everyone to speak English anyway. "The location was great and very convenient, close to everything we needed. However, the hotel itself was very outdated and unfortunately not very clean. We were also not given the room we had originally booked. Thankfully, we were able to contact Expedia and eventually get the correct room. Overall, the location was the best part of our stay, but the hotel did not meet our expectations."
