Third stay in the Pavilion Section. Very clean and spacious rooms with convenient kitchenette. River view a must. Great location for wondering around. Across the road from the Fairmont hotel and Casino. Nice hike up to golf course. Will definitely stay here again.
Was traveling solo for work. This property was AMAZING. The view, the stuff to do, the restaurants, casino everything was great. I even told my wife we would return on some holidays. DO NOT SKIP THE CHANCE TO VISIT THIS PLACE!!!
Unfortunately our stay was very short, Marc at reception was incredibly helpful and personable. The room was very nice but far from the "hotel" and not accessible for mobility impaired. The grounds could use way more lighting and signage, it was tres difficile to navigate late at night.
Couldn't ask for a better view. The restaurant and our server, Denis were both top notch, great food, great value.

Liked: Cleanliness
The location was great, clean property, however very basic for the cost.
There was construction being conducted next door, would have been nice to know before booking.
The room was large and clean, and the staff was helpful. The vibe was sort of “older Adults on a Cruise” it was fine for a few days. We visited Tadoussac from here, amazing whale watching. The property is older but the water pressure was amazing.
We got pie at the restaurant that seemed to have been purchased in a supermarket. So gross as to be funny, with hilariously bad service. Great location though and plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby.
The main building is nice, comes with amenities and a decent restaurant and very close to the river. However, we got assigned to a smaller building which is 10 mins walking from the main building including a steep hill. Apparently they have two buildings like that. Both are pretty old and not convenient.
Positives….large room with Fireplace, nice cooking facilities.
Bathroom light burned out so I called front desk and spoke in English and the lady said « sorry I don’t speak English so because I speak French fluently I repeated the problem. Three hours later no one arrived. Had to go to the front desk and surprise there was no note for my request. Eventually the light was repaired.
We had a lovely stay at Petit Manoir. The location was beautiful. Staff was very wonderful. Our rooms was nicely appointed and clean. We had a very nicely dinner at the hotel restaurant and the service was excellent. The only complaint I have was the restaurant was very noisy. There were a lot of people in the restaurant but with the lower ceiling it was noisy. Perhaps a decor change that is designed to absorb noise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
We had a great stay at the hotel over spring break. Lots of extra touches to make it enjoyable for children during spring break. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant offered a varied menu.
Although the main building was beautiful and had all the amenities, we were housed in the pavilion. It felt more like a time share, with a small kitchen facilities. The house ware items that were provided felt cheap. There was also a lot of clutter on the main floor, not very attractive. The bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space in the room, but it felt underutilized.
The shuttle that the hotel provided was very intermittent. We called and waited for about 20 minutes and then just decided to drive down to the main hotel. Just a warning, there are many hills to climb in this area.
We enjoyed using the spa and the restaurant on site seemed to offer good value.
Overall we enjoyed our time, but really this site is good for maybe a weekend, no longer.
We were pleased with the very large room along with the beautiful view of The St Lawrence River. The outside hot tubs were an added bonus!
The kitchen in the suite had everything we required!
We easily walked to the Casino for a meal and some fun!
Staff were attentive!
The property was fabulous. The whole staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant for dinner was fantastic. Food was delicious and just what I was looking for. I was sorry I did not stay there the whole 3 days that I was in La Malbaie. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you for a great stay,
We paid around $400 for a hotel room that accommodated two people, but unfortunately, breakfast was not included. The room was cleaned, and although there was an exit close to our room, unfortunately, it was closed, making it harder for us to get our stuff to the car in the parking lot. All in all, it was a nice stay, though! 😊

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
great location, nice spa area, big rooms, great view and good price, not luxurious but super good value
Hotel has very nice and staff was courteous and friendly. We stayed at Pavillion B which is up the hill. Not as convenient but they have a very fast shuttle service between the buildings. Our stay did not include breakfast but it was ok because we wanted to go to the boulangerie. There is a nice spa which we enjoyed. There is also a family lounge with a pool table that we enjoyed.
Good location. Room was large and clean. Spa facilities are good but could easily close an hour later. Lounge area is a nice thought. Restaurant is average but convenient.
