"This a good hotel specially regarding location and amenities around. The building is nice as well but need more maintenance as it’s very old. Need to improve and do maintenance in the pool and also rooms.
The breakfast it’s not fantastic, very usual and nothing special. The coffee machine is disaster, ( really worth to change it to better one), pastries are very good.
Staff are very nice and helpful as well."

"Pool area had no atmosphere wife had argument one day because she was talking to loud. Food options were very limited and boring.
Staff were very nice and pleasant. Hotel is located in a fantastic place very central for everything. All in all for what we paid it was quite good value. My wife was slightly disappointed that the dressing gowns showed in the photos was not available and when we asked were to we could not have any.
Check in was 3pm and the room wasn’t ready till 3.30 and was...

"Bruno was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Tenerife and gave us excellent advice for days out and making the most of public transport too. He was always friendly, courteous and attentive. The room is extremely well equipped for self-catering and the balcony was enormous alongside having a roof top terrace, which was absolutely an added bonus, especially useful for early evenings, when the sun was going down. "We stayed for 6 nights. First we are got room near the reception, it was very noisy at late evening and early morning. I asked to change the room , reception stuff change with out problem. Food was good and tasty , big variety. My son likes swimming pool, it is very clean , with salt and warm water.
I recommend this hotel."
