"Super comfortable bed, very comfortable room, and overall great hotel. This is the best option for cruisers, as the Pan Pacific is attached to the port so no taxis or Ubers needed, just take the elevator down to check in!"

"Very nice. Restaurant was good too but if you want something else the Walk to dennys was very close and to a hamburger place Fogg n Suds was also pretty easy and no too far."

"Loved that it was close to everything. The staff went out of their way to be helpful...."

"The front staff was kind and assisted me with any issues I had."

"We had a very noisy room. Spending ++++ money per night and we had constant knocking and elevator noise."

"Had a very nice one night stay! Newly renovated lobby and bathrooms. Rooms were generally nice but on the older side as expected with hotels downtown Vancouver."

"The girl at the reception when we arrived was not welcoming at all. The hotel felt very unfriendly! There was work going on in rooms on our floor which we were not told about. Our towels were not changed during out stay! Very disappointed!"

"Alles super"

"Gold floor well worth it for the extras you get. The large veranda with propane heaters watching the sunset was a highlight."

"Clean room and spacious. One thing I want to mention is room sound. I can hear people's footsteps."
