Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The Copper Room restaurant has fantastic food service and entertainment!
Sara at the front desk made our girls weekend. She found us size inclusive robes (up to 4xl) and made feel like everyone else enjoying the pools. Great getaway!
Good staff, check in and checkout was easy. Robes delivered to the room in a timely fashion. Grounds were clean. Room was old and outdated but we didnt care as we just slept in the room.
Buffet was overpriced for the options available, but the service was excellent & the food was good.
Pools were relaxing and reminded me of a Mexican Resort.
Room was clean. The siiting area in main had a big fireplace and was welcoming.
