"Never stayed in this area before, thought we would extend our trip a day to experience the hot springs but the public pool was very out dated and there is no way the seniors would enjoy kids in the pool. If we were to stay in the area again I would reserve the hotel that has private pools for a better experience."

"I have stayed here once before. Really enjoy the owners and the location. One thing thing lacking is a handicap parking and very limited parking which you have to pay for. Close to all amenities so that makes it a plus. Hard to get someone in the office. But when we see them outside, they’re very kind and polite. Should have a phone in the room for certain older ones if they need something from the office. Otherwise no complaints except lots of stairs."

"Let me start by saying that the staff at this hotel are very kind. But the hotel is in a state of disrepair. In our room, there were holes in the walls, scuff marks everywhere, mold spots growing on the ceiling above the shower, the carpets were stained, bedding was stained, curtains were stained, the ceiling tiles were crumbling... it was just gross. The outlets were also overloaded, the central air wasn't working so they had brought in a portable A/C (fine) but it also had an error...

"This was the cutest little cottage! Although it is pretty tiny…or cozy is a better description; there was nothing missing, no detail forgotten, in this little cabin. It was in immaculate condition, & the grounds are well tended to. Theres plenty of places to relax: in loungers, the tree swing, a hammock, & the hot tub! It was a very comfortable stay."

"Beautifully renovated, large modern room. Walk-in shower was large and easy to use. Our room had a full size fridge, kitchenette, stove top, microwave. Dishes (even two glass wine goblets), cutlery, cookware supplied. Keurig coffee maker and ceramic mugs. Large TV and a loveseat. Comfortable king size bed with four king pillows. Balcony with table and two chairs. Hotel is located within steps to restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful park. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The...

"Reasonably priced, good location. A bit dated but it's been spruced up and is pretty good. The staff is very friendly, including the resident cat! The room was nothing fancy, but nice and clean, quiet, and the beds were comfortable. I recommend it for a lower cost accommodation."
