"Interesting that higher rated hotels were not getting business while this hotel was doing very well."

"They only had decaf coffee available. I drank apparently the last good coffee when I arrived."

"Staffs are accomodating and approachable. I love the breakfast and the place feels like home. .. Shops, cafes' and public transportations nearby. Butbif you aren't use to a street noise or sounds at night, might not be advisable for you. Aside from that, all good for a Solo trip-cation."

"We had a very noisy room. Spending ++++ money per night and we had constant knocking and elevator noise."

"The hotel was clean, smoke alarm went off around 10 pm and building needed to be evacuated. The food was terrible, cold sausages, cold oatmeal, egged were not good looking at all, Utensils were not clean, had to ask for cups, and coffee, juice tasted watered down, was very poor breakfast!"

"Bathtub a bit hard to get into for people w mobility challenges. No towel racks. Clean and spacious room. . L’Occitane ❤️. Near restaurants, grocery drugstore. Location absolutely great. Staff friendly. Complimentary cruise shuttle was the best especially with Wagner who made the short trip informative and entertaining."

"Decent hotel"

"This property has changed hands to the Hilton Group. There are no food services at all. The phone system didn't work - not safe at all. Minimal staff - running on a shoe string. I asked to speak with the Manager when I was checking out. The girl at front desk told me "There is no Manager for this hotel right now" Hello???? Not worth the money and not even a functional hotel! Yikes!"
