"2nd trip to the club barbados, the staff are the highlight and very friendly. it is an older hotel with the caribbean charm so if this is what you like it is well worth it. the beach next door is great no direct beach but literally 10 steps away is a fantastic beach. you can swim in front of the hotel but it is quite stony. again great staff will be back."

"The rooms are spectacular and clean. Was very pleased with the quality and design of the rooms. The beach view was beyond amazing. The staff were all friendly and friendly welcome everyone with a smile and warm greeting. The bar is nice. My boyfriend liked it because it set up like a sports bar so he could watch sports. "The staff is very professional and kind. They were kind above what they needed to be. As a solo traveler, I felt secure and at ease. The on site restaurant staff were great as well. The bed was comfortable and the overall room was perfect for me. I also enjoyed my garden patio. I was impressed with the size of the patio, it was not tiny with room to move about and have a couple guests comfortably. I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends. I loved my experience."

"O2 was nice, but I was bamboozled by the pics advertised with crystal clear water at the beach. This was not true at this hotel. Rooms were well maintained and clean. Most of the staff was so so, but there were a few that were very friendly & helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay but I will not return."

"The resort needed more time to prepare for the opening of business. They could not accommodate the small number of guests that were there and everything was very limited for an all inclusive resort. They had challenges with the plumbing, lack of food, no entertainment and time management. I will Be reaching out to corporate to seek a refund for my stay. I DO NOT recommend staying here! By far one of the worst trips I’ve ever had especially from someone who travels a lot."

"We upgraded to deluxe, beautiful room, clean, quiet. Staff pleasant and professional, very friendly. Truly enjoyed chatting with the lady at the gift shop and most of the restaurant staff, security officers always willing to chat, love this place, love the people, can't wait to come back. Only thing that I would like to see is maybe one or two trash bins in the parking lot, other than that 10+"
