Initially, our room did not have elevator access, which the staff promptly addressed and fixed. Upon moving rooms, the complimentary wine and separated beds were not provided. "When you pay for breakfast, it only includes adults and have to pay for children above 5. You will pay daily tax that was not mentioned on Expedia. The only bright side is that the Hilton is next to a beautiful beach! "

"Property was nice, if you’re looking to have direct beach access, I wouldn’t recommend staying here as the water isn’t calm nor swimmable. I’d recommend staying near west coast of island or near Carlisle bay. I don’t feel like the hotel was kid friendly and because of that, I will not be returning as I travel with my children. Guests had complaints of kids playing at the pool, where management had to be involved and they favored the guest who had the issue with the kids. "

"This place is truly a 5 star, the only thing missing is more fu activities during the day and music should be playing all day and night rather you have a DJ or not. The food was amazing and the staff truly out do themselves. They could communicate more with guest, not very much of that."
