"Room was smelling bad the box spring for the bed was on th floor. Spent 1 night. Had to get another place stay after 1 night. My husband became ill 3 days after we left. Was allergic to moldy smell"

Staff were respectfully friendly and always available to help including concierge. It was a truly relaxing environment in a remarkable environment. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back."

"Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly"

Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. "Not worth the money. This hotel gets very little maintenance from what we observed. A few things didn't work like the sidewalk lights leading to the Castle view restaurant. You walk at night in pitch dark. You need to use the flashlight on your phone to ensure you don't trip, it's so dark. According to staff, lights have not been working for months. For wine they show 4 different kinds of wine available in both red and white but they only keep 2 of each on stock and not even the ones listed on...
