"Staff was friendly , hotel outdated No ice machines working . Had to go over the bars to get ice and the bar tenders were not too happy about it . Location great because there are places to eat and pharmacy . Place needs a face lift . Rugs are dirty and Roaches are visible"

You are actually on the beach it appears as if you are on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean. The balcony is spacious and invites the cool salty Caribbean breeze into the room. "This is a very nice property right on the beach with a really nice beach. The staff was helpful and anyway needed and answer any questions you had. The rooms were nice clean and there is AC that worked well after a hot day out the Sun. Definitely thinking about going back to this hotel because of the staff and everything. Also there was a nice selection of restaurants nearby that you can walk to within about 15 minutes."

"The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time."

"The room was clean but unfortunately very uncomfortable. The bathroom lead straight to construction where people were working from 8a-5p (we were barely in but the days we slept in, we’d be waken up by this.) we booked this hotel since it is a 4 star hotel on Expedia, it is indeed not. It’s a three star hotel. Breakfast was not included, was able to use the beach and pool free will. The restaurant at the hotel was decent but paying approximately $80USD for two for just 2 mains was not worth it....
