It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. "The pool and surroundings were great. There is not a beach to swim so we spent lots of time traveling to the beaches. Shuttle to beach only runs certain days so you to have to pay for taxi cabs which are around $50USD each way if you visit on the off shuttle days. It's located far from tourist attractions so taxi fare is constantly needed-$50USD or more each way. "We had the banana leaf room. It suited our needs for the 3 nights. One of the shower heads were worn and would not stay in place. The floors were a bit gritty and the bathroom sink was very low. They made the bed. Bought towels when we asked. Beach towels are also provided in the room. The manger Katrina was very hospitable and made our stay even better. I will be back."
