"Excellent services, polite, professional, friendly and helpful staffs. We feel like home here. Good location and easy access to sky train BTS and subway MRT from the hotel. We usually stay at Sukhumvit area but it was too crowded last year so we decided to stay at Centara Grand Ladprao. Definitely will stay here next time when we visit Bangkok. A lot of choices of breakfast and Thai restaurant on the site is phenomenal."

"The staff is great, very friendly and helpful specially the concierge UI, but the rooms need a very good renovation. The room smell like mould or wet carpet, the walls have signs of infiltration. A few of the amenities are old tbh. The breakfast it’s okay but could have a better and more options. The location and staff fantastic. But really really think the rooms need some renovation and some investment. "

"Great location - walking distance to many malls and to the BTS system. Room was big and spacious but quite worn with sagging mattress and uneven carpet. Could use a spruce up. Breakfast was great - they have a nice buffet and a menu to order from. Gym was well equipped. Would stay here again in the future "

"This is a very good low cost hotel. Staff is helpful and on duty 24/7. I like the park location as it provides a view and place to exercise in the city. There are few amenities like breakfast and a gym. There is coffee and a pool. The main street has plenty of street food and there is a big open air market a block away."
