"Overall experience was good but found staff to be rude and accusing I had reservations with breakfast for two people and they kept insisting it was for one and even came up to me in the middle of breakfast to tell me the second person would be billed I found the email where it was confirmed for two people and screenshotted and sent to reception staff who removed charges with out even an apology unacceptable from a 5 star hotel like this stayed at places all over Bangkok and never have been treated like this as if I was some sort of scammer I’m paying over $500 a night per room as if I would try n sneak a free breakfast "

"The rooms are a bit old with musky smell. The lobby and other amenities (gym, laundry room) are newer though. The staff were pretty helpful. The area is quiet and convenient."
