"The hotel is well situated in a great area of the city where there are many good restaurants. The room itself served me well as it was nice and quiet which is something I insist upon. The staff were most helpful especially Juan who patiently helped me install my SIM card! It was a great experience and I have no complaints whatsoever - I highly recommend this hotel for all the reasons I stated - you won’t be disappointed!"

"We arrived on an earky flight. We arrived at the hotel about 11 AM. We checkedbin and was informed that room would bot be ready til avout 2:00 PM, expected. We had a seat in the lobby to decide where to go have lunch. We had just got off of abiut a 10 hr flight.
