The property is very well located. There are many interesting places around or close to the hotel. Excellent neighborhood. The staff was nice and friendly. However, they should improve several aspects in the room. The shower door did not close properly, so that generated a big mess. The vanity was broken and has some mold. In general the hotel is acceptable.

Clean, spacious room and great location. Friendly staff too, and comfortable beds. My main complaints are regarding the bathroom door, which did not fully close in my room and was a glass door, which despite not being visible to people on the outside, it does not offer the same privacy as a regular door. The breakfast was okay but could be improved; I did not have breakfast at the hotel every day. Lastly, the entrance door to the lobby was locked all day, and only one person was working at reception, so there were a couple of times where, if that person had to check on something else, I waited a few minutes before they returned and were able to open the door.
