Everything was very clean. Staff great. Room was good. Great shower. Rooms facing road suffer from traffic and some alarms going off. Walls are thin and easy to hear neighbours talking quietly

Bromelia is located in a great neighborhood. The property is clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure was excellent and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was outstanding. My only minor suggestions is that I would prefer more options for storage of clothing than what is offered, but that is a quibble. Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel if you are there for a short stay.

Great location. Our room was not large—-and we were half way through a 45 day vacation. So, the lack of storage in the room and closets was not ideal. The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again if I was traveling a little lighter.

Had the time of my life at Bromelia. I’m very picky with hotels, and with so many options in Buenos Aires, it feel like we had truly found a hidden gem. Not so hidden, though: the hotel is walking distance from restaurants, shops and public transportation. The facilities are sparkling clean, yet they still managed to create a cozy vibe throughout the whole building. The team is very friendly and accommodating, truly one of the highlights of our stay. Will definitely be going back!

Cute newer hotel with great location.

Great newer smaller hotel, very well located next to restaurants, bars, cafes, free breakfast. Staff were super nice and accomodating as well. Room was nice and common areas were great too. Only minor complaint would be the breakfast buffet could use more variation/change between days as it was the exact same each day with few options.

Perfect little nook in the heart of Palermo

The staff at the hotel really made my stay! They were super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is also a relatively new hotel which meant the establishment and room were clean and neat. Breakfast is also really nice esp as you can sit in their little outdoor space.

Book your stay at Bromelia- it’s perfect!

We loved our stay at Bromelia so much! The hotel is in an excellent location in Palermo with restaurants, bars, and shops right outside the door. The hotel is new and beautiful! All the furnishings and decor are so nice. Our room was very modern, comfortable, and spacious. We loved that there was a water bottle refill station on every floor. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again!

Hotel is brand new and with best location in town. The Team has been so kind and helpful so I definitely enjoyed my stay. A few minuses: - Breakfast gets repetitive as there were was no effort to change its content during my entire week. - Rooms are not soundproof. - Elevator is VERY slow.

Do NOT get a standard room, they are extremely small for even one person, have no closet, table for luggage or space for hanging clothes. Though I reserved the hotel over a month in advance, upon checkin I was given Room 1, which is equipped for physically challenged folks. It is extremely small, is 5 feet across from the elevator, has an 8 inch opening in the curtain that cannot be closed so people at the elevator can see in. The bathroom faucet has an auto shut off, that has to be held with one hand at all times to make it work, there is no clothes closet or space for a suitcase and toilet is extremely uncomfortable. I actually was insulted, it was like that converted a storage closet to a room. This hotel does Not deserve such a high rating and for the high cost, there are clearly better choices in the area. If you do book a standard room, advise the hotel you do Not want Room number 1. If you have physical challenges, choose another hotel. Even one of the staff told me that the room is problematic. Now the good news, the entire staff, with the exception of one person, were extremely helpful, cheerful and welcoming. The breakfast is very good, and the location is in a Touristy, high end Mall store location of Palermo, with a lot of security.

The hotel is located in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and bars to choose from. On weekends, there is a great street market with many interesting vendors. The beds are comfortable, but the rooms are so bright. My room only faced the hallway, but the room had windows anyway and the the curtains were not great. I would recommend but bring an eye mask if light bothers you early in the morning.
