great hotel and great staff. Only issue was that i needed an early check in and i did not get. i was only there for a few hours so i could change and shower before catching an overnight flight home. Staff was very helpful.

Joli hotel boutique très bien situé. Chambre tout comfort avec le petit bémol pour la taille de la douche: elle faisait 60cm sur 60 ... petit déjeuner délicieux ! Un peu mal insonorisé. Mais dans l'ensemble de très bonnes prestations et du personnel très aimable et professionnel.

It's a solid choice, located in a convenient part of the city. The room was clean and nice. They don't have iron in the room. You have to request it from the front desk, and apparently they have only one, which I think is odd.

La experiencia en el restaurante Ada fue negativa debido a la pésima actitud de un mesero en la mañana. Mostró cero disposición de servicio, con una conducta grosera que desentona completamente con el resto del hotel. Es lamentable que una sola persona pueda afectar así una experiencia que debería ser agradable.

El Hote Vilõn Recoleta fue una buena elección: moderno, limpio, muy bien ubicado y con excelente atención en recepción. Sin embargo, si pagas el desayuno que se sirve en el restaurante Ada, cuenta con muy pocas opciones y, lo peor, una pésima atención por parte de un mesero con mala actitud, lo cual desentona con la calidad del hotel. Este detalle afecta negativamente la experiencia general. |

Excelente estadía en inmejorable ubicación

Es el segundo viaje en este año a Vilón, es una MARAVILLA TOTAL, la amabilidad en el servicio, las instalaciones en perfecto estado, la ubicación inmejorable. Único cambio que pediría , servicio de alimentos a un precio más razonable y propio del hotel. De resto todo es excelente

Fiquei uma semana no hotel e não tenho do que reclamar! Todo serviço utilizado foi impecável! O atendimento é excelente, tanto o checkin quanto o checkout foram super rápidos. Eles oferecem o serviço para deixar a bagagem no hotel caso haja necessidade e não fomos cobrados por isso. No quarto haviam duas cápsulas de expresso e uma água que eram cortesia. Todos os dias utilizamos o serviço de quarto e toda noite quando voltávamos para o hotel o quarto estava impecável. Tem cofre, mas nos sentimos muito seguros com os nossos pertences e não utilizamos. Não tenho fotos do banheiro, mas o chuveiro é bom, forte a caída de água, apenas o box que achei um pouco apertado, mas nada demais. O hotel é bem novo, então tudo estava funcionando perfeitamente. Eles tem no 12° andar um lugar para os hóspedes ficarem e é super confortável, com banheiro e chuveiro também. É uma área comum para trabalhar ou ficar descansando. Tem também no último andar piscina. A localização é ótima, muitos passeios fizemos à pé. Quando voltar a Buenos Aires, com toda certeza ficarei no mesmo hotel novamente!

Hotel Incrível!

Esse hotel é incrível! Em um dos melhores bairros de Buenos Aires. Fiz quase todos os melhores pontos turísticos andando. Muitas padarias ao redor, cafeteria, supermercado, farmácias. A localização é incrível. Todo dia ao chegar dos passeios, o quarto estava impecável, arrumado e limpo, as toalhas trocadas. Sem contar o conforto da cama e do endredom. Vale destacar a cordialidade dos atendentes que estão dispostos a todo tempo em ajudar. Todo dia eles perguntavam se estava tudo bem. Lembrando também que eles entregam o adaptador das tomadas (que no Brasil é diferente das tomadas de lá), tem secador de cabelo disponível, frigobar no quarto, e o melhor… Tem uma cafeteira dentro do quarto e cápsulas de cortesia. A piscina na parte superior do hotel é linda demais, a vista lá é perfeita, fiz muitas fotos. Irei me hospedar novamente e indicarei sempre esse hotel.
