"When I first checked in, I was put in a room on the lowest floor. There were stairs with no access to lift for that floor. The room was dirty. Fridge was dirty. Bath was dirty. "Honestly, this is a great place to stay not too far from where all the fun stuff is in Ksamil. There's beaches nearby, and the hotel is a 20-minute walk from the more famous beach clubs (expect some walking in the heat if you don't have a car). The staff are truly amazing, helpful, and genuinely kind people. They are super helpful, very communicative, and the cleaning crew are so good as well (considering how dirty rooms get near beach towns from the sand and the water). Thanks for having me."
