Great hotel. Very clean and the staff are amazing. Only thing is its not actually Adults Only. The public can hire day beds which means kids also get to use the hotel facilities including the pool!

This is a gem away with the most gorgeous sea views and sexy vibe. We felt very welcome . The infinity pool is so pretty. A 15 minute walk from ferry and 15 min walk to the boardwalk with nightlife. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. We would return here in a heartbeat.

The hotel is great with a beautiful private beach. It is within walking distance from the city’s boardwalk. Staff were great and the room with ocean view amazing. We saw 1 or 2 children during our stay in an “adults only hotel” that is the only reason we are giving 4 instead of 5 stars.

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!

I stayed at San Angelo Hotel with my friend Daniella and we had such a fantastic experience. From the start, the staff were so accommodating and always ready to help with anything we needed. Obed and Samuel looked after us brilliantly at mealtimes, and Joseph was especially kind and accommodating to Daniella, he really looked out for her and made sure she was comfortable throughout our stay. Helen and Caroline on reception were so friendly and gave us excellent recommendations, while Sule and Victoria kept our room spotless and always greeted us warmly. What really touched us was the free lift to the Sarandë bus station at the end of our stay, such a thoughtful gesture that shows how much they care about their guests. Sarandë itself is absolutely beautiful, and this hotel made our time there even more special. We truly felt at home, and I’d highly recommend San Angelo Hotel to anyone visiting.

Good but in need of some tlc

Overall a good hotel but starting to get tired the rooms have dodgy electrics - the sunbeds are dirty and torn and the pool towels are old - the pool area is lovely with great views but the decking is starting to turn and become uneven with screws sticking out. The music round the pool is loud so don’t come if you don’t like that. The pool bars are good but the food and drink are overpriced. 15 min walk I to the centre which is quite tacky

Lovely hotel, in particular the view was incredible. Very quiet off season, own private beach. Though it is a very new hotel and still bits under construction - eg car park, spa etc. Though would still recommend once completely finished. Breakfast also a little basic though ok.

Amazing stay at San Angelo Luxury Resort – Adults Only! We had a fantastic time at San Angelo Luxury Resort – Adults Only in Albania. The hotel is fresh, stylish, and perfect for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The rooms were clean, cozy, and very comfortable – the bed and pillows were incredibly soft and made it easy to get a great night’s sleep! The pool area is beautiful and calm, and the poolside service was truly exceptional – a special thank you to Arli and Josef who were super friendly, attentive, and really made our days by the pool extra enjoyable! We’d also like to give a big shoutout to the three girls at the reception – always smiling, helpful, and professional. We loved Albania

We liked the location of the hotel as it was only a short walk into Sarandë centre on an evening, but also far enough out to avoid the noise and crowds. The hotel is generally very well presented, with plenty of sunbeds either by the pool or on the beach. The buffet breakfast was very nice, with some good variety to select from. The staff were the standout feature to this hotel. They were so kind, warm and welcoming 🙏. They were always there to help and the bar and resteraunt staff were so friendly and helpful. The main negative for us was the relatively small size of the standard double room. The bed took up most of the space, leaving very little room for anything else. This meant the room became to feel quite claustrophobic after a few nights. We had a sea view balcony which i would definitely say is worth paying extra for as the balconys at the back of the hotel just look onto other buildings and seemed to get limited light or sunshine. All in all, i would recommend this hotel but only for 3 to 4 nights, unless staying in an upgraded suite.

Lovely hotel, some improvements needed

The hotel communal spaces were great, the pool area and private beach were beautiful and well looked after. The hotel location was great, just a short 10 minute walk to lovely restaurants and amenities. our sea view room had a perfect view and looked over the pool and beach area. The rooms were however quite small and not much storage space for clothes etc and the shower overflows into the rest of the bathroom. The breakfast was disappointing, there weren’t many options and the food provided wasn’t as good as what we would expect from a hotel that visually is as lovely as this one. Overall a lovely hotel, however we feel that a few areas need improvement.

I loved the hotel’s beautiful boho style and I had stunning views of the private pool and beach from my room. The room was a bit smaller than expected but cozy. Breakfast had good options and hot drinks. I also ordered lunch, which was delicious, though the chef wasn’t open to any dish changes which can be difficult as a vegetarian. The hotel felt relaxed and never crowded, with plenty of sunbeds, but drinks service by the beach was slow. There’s no gym, but the spa looked new. The location is a short walk from the port, though I’d recommend a taxi if you have heavy luggage. The hotel had a beach club vibe to it though the music never felt too loud. My room was near the lifts / stairwell, so I was woken a few times by late guests. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for a luxury beach getaway.
