An exceptionally nice hotel in the heart of Blloku. All the amenities you can think of, a spa, gym, pool. A wonderful rooftop restaurant/bar. I would definitely recommend this place and if I were going to Tirana again I would stay here for sure.

Perfect

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Xheko Imperial. This hotel had everything we needed and more. Its location is perfect. The staff were so warm and friendly. Glad they had a bar and restaurant which was open for most hours of the day, so we didn’t have to worry much about where to eat or drink. Lovely ambience too.

Hotel lobby and lounge impressive with stained glass dome ceiling as was spa with large pool, very hot spa pool, steam room and sauna. Rooftop bar and restaurant very attractive with large pot plants and colorful seating. Breakfast high quality, wide variety including traditional dishes and preserves. Location good, amongst bars and high end restaurants, 12 minutes walk min square. Unbelievable value even if city view. Highly recommend

The undoor pool and spa was excellent. The hotel ac was very loud requiring earplugs and it never made the room quite cool enough even though set at 15 it felt like 24. Bed was comfy and some nice restaurants around corner. Staff ordered me a taxi and as i had limited cash in albanian money i repeatedly confirmed with employee to make sure that i would have enough cash. She was right but it was down to the last lei. The driver tried going the longer way but as i had my google maps on i made sure he took the correct way. Honestly, i dont know if i would have had enough if he would have gone his way.but i doubt it from looking at the map. I really dislike the fact that bolt, uber or any taxi service is available in Albania.

Overall the property is excellent, as are the staff. I did however feel that there was a 2-tier system, with my room, # 128 being in an 'old' wing. The room itself did not seem to belong with the rest of the hotel and did not convey a sense of 'luxury' in size or other attributes. It was directly above a party/ball room with thunderous noise at night. The window did not close securely and was next to a road, with horns from traffic. The small hot water heater allowed for about 4 minutes of hot shower water before turning cool. Curiously, although tea and iced coffee packets were provided in-room, neither pods nor packets of instant coffee were provided. I inquired, thinking it was a housekeeping oversight and was told "no", that's the way it is in my category of room. Seems peculiar and petty if true. So, if you're in one of the higher priced rooms it's likely an excellent choice but be wary of the lower priced rooms, particularly if they start with a "1" and require the special elevator on the left... The spa and pool are nice.

Great premises, not so good reception staff

I had a perfect stay at the beginning, good reception by the staff when checking in, very nice and clean premises, but unfortunately a lady named Tereza at the reception when I checked out changed all the positives I had found in this hotel. She was very inattentive; even rude when checking out. Then as I was waiting for the valet to bring my car, she rushed to the door asking if I had paid for my room (which I did when I checked in). I had to show her colleague my credit card receipt as she was being really insistent. Really disappointed
