"This hotel was a 3star at best. The food was horrible. After 3 attempts, we decided to eat elsewhere. No one was ever at the coffee shop. There were hidden fees - 22% resort fee each day that was not shared until the day before check out. Location was ok. The balcony is for view only, not to actually sit on and enjoy the view. For some reason, I expected more. The staff were mostly pleasant. This hotel chain is not on my list for future travel."

"This place was rather scary. The clerk was behind glass! No elevator and very narrow stairs! The bolt lock on our door was broken. There were no amenities of any kind. Very tiny bathroom with small shower. No soap or shampoo available, the shower had containers for them, but they were empty! "We stayed here in 2023 and the hotel was wonderful. I’m not sure what happened in the last 3 years but the hotel hallways and rooms are falling apart. The lobby, pool, and beach are wonderful but the guest rooms are in DESPERATE need of a makeover. They’re dirty, worn out, and the worst part of all is the AWFUL musty mold smell in the rooms. "Never change the flavor of the Potatoes.Was really good & crispy. The coffee was good but get cold too fast bec Coffee wasn’t more hot . Is good to have so peoples could have it or grab it for free, Puertorican snacks like cookies,(the yellow), Polvorones,((The whites)),ajonjolís, Turrones, Pilones de coco & the other flavors. "We had the best time! It feels like you’re on a resort. Everyone was so friendly & welcoming. Super clean- Breakfast had plenty of options. Very close to airport and beach. A short drive to old San Juan. The drinks and food were excellent!! Nester and Manuel were great to us! We will definitely be back!"

"This is definitely for a solo traveler. Extremely clean, very helpful, professional staff. My room was a 3rd floor walk up. Small shower/ bathroom with a double bed and tv. Very clean. The hotel’s decor is white/yellow accents, unique and very traditional. The breakfast visited of coffee, croissants and fruits. Not a continental spread. The downfall is that the entrance is locked at all times and you must be buzzed in by the clerk whom may not be at the desk at any given time. I found this...

"Although I had a bit of trouble checking in, I contacted the staff, and they were very helpful and cooperative. The place looked new and freshly painted, but the room was very small for two people."
