"Hotel is in the perfect location less than 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower so many restaurants in the area for breakfast and for dinner. The staff was so helpful with helping keeping bags booking taxis and answering any questions we had. The room was an upgraded room with a balcony which is a small balcony but holds two people not a full balcony but nice enough to sit and relax unfortunately it was raining when we were there but bathroom perfect size bed was comfortable good enough for two...

"There was nothing I did not like. The check in was quick and easy. Staff are polite, courteous and accommodating. There is an elevator. Room was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are compact and stocked with just about everything a person might need. Nice workout room. Small room used for breakfast items and beverages, these items are not complimentary. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants."

"Spacious room and bathroom. Very clean and daily housekeeping. Breakfast room was lovely and plenty of choice. It was good to have fresh fruit rather than the usual fruit salad found in many Parisian hotels. Staff were helpful and listened to any concerns. Air con in room. Late night noise Fri and Sat but this was from people on the street."

"I loved the location of the hotel. It was very central and easy to get to the subway station. The room was a bit small for two people with 2 luggages and 2 book bags however the front desk supplied us with luggage racks. Another thing that customers should know is that some of the rooms the bathrooms have tubs which are a bit steep and challenging to get into especially if you are older. I had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel ."

"I would not stay at this property again. The rooms were very small. I had to put one of our 2 large suitcases in the bathroom. "We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"
