"This is a really nice hotel located right on Cox's Bazar beach. Even though we didn't have an seafront room, we had a junior suite that had wonderful views of the sea from both of our balconies. "Everything was splendid but I have a complaint of them not having warm water option in their pool, cause in cold weather, the water is cold and so we couldn't enjoy the pool as we wanted, so they should've this option like other places. "

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely dirty. There was a large yellow stain on the duvet cover when we arrived, the staff refused to change it until the next morning, he just walked off when we asked. You have to ask for...

"It is a terrible apartment full of dust, insects, dirty bedsheets, did not provide towels. no water and moved to another apartment with same conditions. Since we paid more than the double of normal rate, owner told us to stay two days for the same money. But when we checked out, the counter manager asked for money for the 2nd night with the same rate. We did not agree on that and leave the hotel. They came behind us to a bus and asked for full money for two days and told they do not know...
