"The staff at Prime Park Hotel truly ‘went the extra mile’, arranging for boxed breakfast for our early ferry trip, arranging transport for us, checking schedules- and all this in a polite and efficient manner. Facilities snd amenities are also good value- an attractive reception area, charming cafe/ bistro on the 8 th floor and good buffet breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel! "

"This is a really nice hotel located right on Cox's Bazar beach. Even though we didn't have an seafront room, we had a junior suite that had wonderful views of the sea from both of our balconies. It's quite a great design to facilitate this. Staff was helpful and friendly...starting with Noor at check in, to Rupak at the breakfast egg station and others whose names I won't remember. They refused to give us the rooms we booked as apparently they didn’t have them ( 2 double bed rooms) but we saw them later during our stay. The reception staff are useless and do not help at all. "Worst experience ever! No hot water what so ever. Got bitten by bedbugs 50-60 times a night. Cockroaches on the floor. No cleaning for four days.
