We were so happy to get to our room after our cruise and day at Universal. THe property was neat and very clean and the room was excellent. I recommend this hotel to anyone not interested in the ridiculous Disney prices. It was so close to Epic and Universal and we are so glad we stayed here. Very clean and well maintained. The buffet was amazing with all kinds of goodies as well.

Staff were really helpful. There is also an authorised ticket counter at the hotel where you buy tickets to all attractions and they were usually cheaper than getting it online. The hotel is very central and walking distance to a lot of shops and attractions. Didn’t get to use the pool, but we will definitely stay here again.

The best part of my stay was the bed. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well. The breakfast was average as some of it was cold, though I went downstairs early so that I could eat the food while warm. The bathroom sink needed deeper cleaning. The kitchen area of the room was nice.

Property was clean staff was very nice breakfast was amazing literally didn’t have to go IHOP or dennys lol breakfast was 5 star pool and gym was perfect really wish I’ve gotten the city view but never the less don’t second guess going here you will definitely enjoy. I will be back oh yeah haven’t gotten a chance to go to the bar but the setup looked great.
