Staff were really helpful. There is also an authorised ticket counter at the hotel where you buy tickets to all attractions and they were usually cheaper than getting it online. The hotel is very central and walking distance to a lot of shops and attractions. Didn’t get to use the pool, but we will definitely stay here again.

The best part of my stay was the bed. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well. The breakfast was average as some of it was cold, though I went downstairs early so that I could eat the food while warm. The bathroom sink needed deeper cleaning. The kitchen area of the room was nice.

Property was clean staff was very nice breakfast was amazing literally didn’t have to go IHOP or dennys lol breakfast was 5 star pool and gym was perfect really wish I’ve gotten the city view but never the less don’t second guess going here you will definitely enjoy. This hotel was a no-brainer. Clean rooms with daily housekeeping and freshly stocked towels. The breakfast is nothing. To write home about but it’s more than adequate with hot and cold items available even for take away. Location is great - I was attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center and it’s a quick 15 min drive.
