"The hotel is in a great location! The room was clean but smelled like mildew the whole time during our stay. The breakfast was the same for five days straight with no variety. That was definitely not be worth the uncharged. However, the staff were wonderful and very helpful! "

"Very convenient location for a trip to Universal. We were visiting during a busy spring week so the lines were expected but we were hoping it was a little less crowded. The lines for the buses are long in the mornings but tend to move through somewhat efficiently. The lines are a little confusing as they split late and some people were waiting in wrong line. The Starbucks line is too much in the mornings. I recommend bringing your coffee cup to the cafeteria to fill up at the coffee station. The pool is nice and lifeguards were doing a great job. The rooms are spacious, clean and pleasant. "
