"The hotel has been renovated very nicely! It is a pleasant place for a two-night stay. Our only issue was that our balcony faced the pool—and, of course, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself—but people were talking very early in the morning (and one night, quite late), and the noise carried right up to us! When I booked the nights, the listing stated that breakfast was "included," but that is NOT the case. They charge nearly $13 per person, and honestly, it isn't very good. Right across the street is the House of Waffles, and the breakfast there is delicious! Would I return to this place? Yes—absolutely."

"We stayed here nine days over a two week period and it’s a great option for visiting Universal. They do offer a shuttle twice a day each direction, though we found it walkable for the trip back after our park visits. It’s clean and fresh - while it is an older complex, they have clearly continued to maintain and update. We recommend and will stay here again. Oh bonus for free parking! "

"Filthy room. Had so many issues with housekeeping. Sheets weren’t changed from previous guests. Disgusting stains on all 3 beds. On our 8th day they decided to come to our room and all my toiletries had been opened and tampered with. My stuff by the sink had all been deliberately knocked down! I couldn’t believe it. Would never stay here again!"
