Dawneth was great. She offered friendly prompt service. She went above and beyond and upgraded our stay, which was much appreciated! The ease of breakfast and the shuttle were perks to our visit as well. Staff were always friendly and willing to offer any assistance when needed. We would definitely look to book in the future. Check-in was great, the staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only down side was the breakfast it is the same continental breakfast you get for free at another hotel but they charge you $8 a person here. It is what it is, but overall the hotel was perfect.

This was a good stay overall. The staff was helpful in every aspect and the location is very close to the parks. My ONLY complain is the AC unit that shuts off automatically and there is no way to control it. This woke us up in the middle of the night every night.

This nice, clean hotel served all of my needs and desires. Natasha at the front desk (and bartender) was especially charming and helpful. She gave me a quiet room on the top floor away from the elevator without my even having to ask. The location, including the parking lot, is convenient and safe. I will certainly stay here again.
