"Tiny room…adequate for one night bathroom so narrow it was hard to use the facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast good. Very accommodating to special circumstances."

"This is a quiet, charming Parisian style apartment hotel. Our cozy suite was perfectly located on the 2nd floor corner overlooking the fountains and trees at the base of Ave de L’Opera. Lots of people watching and just minutes from the Louvre and the Seine river. Our suite had a galley kitchen with a small fridge, cooktop, dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. The lounge has a 24hr automated espresso/coffee machine as well as an afternoon bar self-service($). We didn’t have breakfast in the Lounge as we’re not big breakfast people. The front desk folks were friendly and efficient. Unfortunately there was no early check available and they did mid-tag our luggage for another room but that got sorted out quickly. It’s very quiet in the reception / seating area with never more than a few guests at a time. The lounge/room staff were also friendly and helpful. Any time we called the front desk to restock room items, they responded immediately. This hotel exceeded our expectations and the location was absolutely perfect."

"Elevators only went to the 4th floor so there were stairs to get the fifth floor where my room was located. Since I couldn’t carry my heavy luggage up I was given a smaller room on the 4th floor even though I paid more for the slightly larger room."
