Hôtel Louvre Montana

"We have loved this hotel for almost six years and return twice every summer, which is why it is so disappointing to see how much the experience has changed. It has always been a special place for us, but the level of service and recognition of loyal guests no longer feels the same. After staying here so many times, we were usually offered an upgrade when available and genuinely felt valued as returning guests. This time, we were told the highest floor was the “best,” yet our room lacked the space, ceiling height and bathroom space we have been accustomed to on previous visits. Rather than being offered an upgrade, it felt as though we were pushed toward a room below the standard we had come to expect unless we paid a substantial additional fee. The property is also showing significant wear, particularly the washrooms, which are becoming dated and run down. This is not a criticism of the cleaning staff, who do a wonderful job. The issue is maintenance and the physical condition of the property—things cleaning cannot fix. We still love this hotel and have made wonderful memories here. We simply hope management reinvests in the property and once again recognizes the loyal guests who return year after year."

"Stayed 1 night on our way through Paris. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was a little tired but clean and bed was comfy. Fantastic location to walk from or there is the metro right opposite."

"Beautiful hotel right next to the Louvre. But also close to the Eiffel Tower and L’Arc de Triumph. Centrally located. Room was perfect. Bathroom great. Plenty of cafes to eat at. Hotel restaurant excellent too. The staff were so attentive and accommodating. Best service ever."

"We were just a couple minutes walk away from the Louvre. The room was small but comfortable. The air conditioning was great as it was very warm when we visited Paris. The staff at the desk were very personable and helpful on every point. And yes, they had a great breakfast! I'd highly recommend this boutique hotel!"

"We loved our stay at the Normandy Hotel! The location is fantastic, perfect if you want to be close to the Louvre, Rue Saint-Honoré, the Opéra area, and many of Paris’s main attractions. Everything is within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The rooms are on the smaller side, but there were two of us in the room and we fit comfortably. If you have the option to book one of the larger rooms, I think it would definitely be worth it. Having the taqueria and the crêpe place right at the hotel was also incredibly convenient and worked wonderfully for a quick and easy meal. And I have to mention the bed, the mattress was AMAZING! Honestly, one of the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept in. After walking around Paris all day, it was heaven!"
