"Excellent value for money! Great for a few days if you want to explore cocora valley"

"Es como estar en casa. Muy bonito y acogedor. El sistema de arribo es súper fluido pero hay que preverlo. El trato muy cordial."

Staff very helpful and responsive. Lounging area seating not very comfortable. Storage in room with locks was useful. Full kitchen and refrigerator (shared) for drinks and food was great. "Staff weren’t very interested in helping. Other people were loud. My things were taken by the cleaners and put in the cleaning trolley. I had to grab them myself"
