The staff is absolutely helpful, and caring, but even for a chic hostel, it is a bit rundown. Small details here and there, shows that it is in dire need of care.

The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning or a refrigerator, and the room key activates either the TV or the bathroom light. This means that if you’re traveling as a couple and your partner takes the key to go out, you won’t be able to watch TV. Customer service is not the best, and the breakfasts only include coffee, no juice. I believe there are better options available if you’re looking for a good location and comfort.

This place was a very good area close to an abundance of restaurants and shops. The front desk staff was excellent, they searched and booked a group tour for Bogotá the night before and arranged for a large taxi van to pick us up and take us to the airport. I would highly recommend this Hotel!

Didn’t know it was considered a hostile. Also a lot of nights they had live music on the outdoor space which was fully open to the indoors and all I could smell is cigarette smoke. I could even smell it up in my bedroom and it gave me a headache, and it was hard to sleep.

Me experience was terrible I tried to check in and the person at lobby couldn’t find my reservation so he told me to come back later when we got back to the hotel at night another person finally found my reservation but there was no rooms available like I booked and only shared rooms! I had to leave in the middle of the night to find another hotel and haven’t been refunded yet! First time this happens to us on Expedia I don’t recommend this hotel
