"First off, they announced this property as a HOTEL, when in fact is a HOSTEL, which is very different. All the pictures depicted on the add would show a bathroom inside the rooms but is a share bathroom for 5 to 6 bedrooms. More than one neighbor explicitly told me that the building I went to had no permits and was operating during construction which was also a huge issue as everything was filthy. Try to use the shower and was absolutely disgusting as it was full of hair and grotesquely dirty....

"The room was spotless and super cute. The hotel was also very chic. The breakfast was so worth it just for the fresh cut fruit! Everything runs on Google Home in Spanish. So if you’re a Siri user who speaks English you’re SOL. I wish it was a little closer to the center of El Poblado & Provenza, but I bypassed a lot of club noise that way. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin and I had to call security on the party next door at 3am and 3:30. But that’s not the hotels issue. "
