"Great property; it was renovated a few years ago, and you can tell everything is refreshed. Management was so nice and helpful with anything we needed. They clean the property daily, which isn't done much anymore. Great area close to most of the major landmarks, except the Vatican. They have mini-splits in every room, which works great. We were very comfortable, just like home."

"Fantini Rooms is a fantastic place to stay in Rome! The room was charming and clean, the space was air conditioned, and the wifi was strong. Francesco was AMAZING and was so helpful throughout the stay! The building is also a 10 minute walk from the Colosseum and about a 20 minute walk from the Pantheon/Trevi Fountain. I would recommend Fantini Rooms in a heartbeat."

"The apartment was just as described. Very quaint and had special touches added. Slippers and clean towels on all the beds, different coffees, teas, and drinks in the refrigerator. They also arranged to let us keep luggage at office and transported to the apartment since we arrived before the apartment was ready. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed 7nights/8days. We had booked a larger room deluxe room (280 sqft as advertised on Expedia and their website) but were definitely given the smaller superior room. At first we were told it’s the same but another room will be available the next day (even though Expedia still showed 2 more rooms available). We were told to stay the night in the room given and will be shown another the next morning. The rooms are not soundproofed at all. The first night we were on the first floor around...

"Everything was amazing. In the heart of the city. The staff was extremely nice and served you amazing drinks anytime you came to the downstairs restaurant area. The breakfast was allocated to each room but one morning we arrived to find no bread left someone had taken our knives most of the fruit had gone which was a disappointment and reflected on the other guests more that the establishment but there should be enough for everyone not just the greedy ones"
