"We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Manfredi. Our apartment suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and came with a great bathroom and amenities. The staff made check-in seamless - welcoming us with water and espresso, holding our bags, and even suggesting a sightseeing route. Though breakfast wasn’t included, we went anyway and the views were incredible. Everyone we met was so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!"
"It’s conveniently located close to the Manzoni metro stop which is just two stops from Roma Termini. The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable, well worth the cost. The free breakfast is surprisingly good. "
"We had a slight issue upon check in, which was handled amazingly by staff. Things arise, and we all need to understand this. We decided to go for dinner and return. Upon our return we had oyr issue resolved :)
Staff: friendly, kind, up-beat, helpful and outgoing. Whatever questions we had, they were answered.
Rooms: clean, well maintained. Smelled nice due to diffusers.
Breakfast: it is definitely more of a European breakfast buffet. The cappuccino is excellent:)

"This hotel is walkable distance to the train station, even for my mother who was traveling with me and has mobility issues. It is super close to Santa Maria Maggiore and only two-3 blocks from catching a bus to visit the colosseum. There’s also a grocery store close by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel."
