Hotel staff was very accommodating in keeping our luggage before we checked in and allowed us a 30min late check out as well. Don't listen to the people who gave one star I read a bunch of those and was discouraged when we got to the property I realized they were just a bunch of complaining Karen's. Everything was perfect"

"Modern hotel extremely well situated in Monti, a less congested area of the city but very close to Centro Historico-so within walking distance of many tourist attractions . There are excellent restaurants surrounding the hotel area( via Del Boschetto etc) As well , the hotel has a lovely rooftop bar/restaurant. Breakfast is served on this level and the breakfast is just lovely with a wide assortment of hot and cold items The staff is extremely friendly and helpful I thoroughly enjoyed my stay"

"Staff was exceptionally helpful, and kind. Breakfast had lots of options, and overall was delicious. My only complaint would be with the coffee. I ordered an americano and the brought a big pot full of coffee. It was weak and didn’t have the same bite (it might be better to just make a cup). The location was ideal for being in the heart of things. With a stocked fridge which was all complimentary, including a little bottle of prosecco!"
