"スタッフの対応が穏やかで、日本人の自分でも安心して利用できました。 また冷蔵庫や電子レンジ、ポットといった設備も充実していて、シアトルにきたときはまた利用したいと思いました。"

"Great location, amazing staff, and overall wonderful atmosphere. Stuggled with the Ipad control of all room functions but worked through it. We will definitely stay here again."

"Breakfast was good. The bar was fun and the wings and fries were very tasty! The bed and pillows were very comfy. A great unique hotel!"

"This is an old hotel with lots of character. Do not book if you cant use stairs, as there is only one small elevator that is also very old. The restaurant and bar is quaint with limited food options but great ambience. The staff was very friendly and the bed was comfortable."

"Stayed here before, not a well off world traveling business person. But this place feels like luxury. I come up to Seattle 3-4 times a year, make a weekend or so of it. This place is like self care. The staff, the location, cleanliness, organization of it all, parking, the room, the views, all the amenities. What a place."

"Bedding , pillows horrible nothing offered for your stay couldn’t even give a complimentary water had to pay $5 a water"

"I love this hotel. Perfectly central, great staff, large rooms, totally luxe-chill atmosphere. Back door into Lola, around the corner from Palace Kitchen and across the street from Dahlia Bakery. Who could want more???"

"Loved our stay!! So cute and clean and just an overall cool spot ."

"Innovative and fun!"

"Great location! Beautiful property good food in the restaurant and overall a wonderful experience"

"The corner suite was gorgeous and had a beautiful view of the city and water. I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all professional and courteous. The spa area was a bit disappointing—I was hoping to schedule a restorative treatment, but after visiting the spa floor, I decided to pass. The atmosphere wasn’t inviting, and the steam room was completely unusable—it smelled like mildew and old socks. I did inform the staff, so hopefully it will be...

"Beautiful hotel, lounge, restaurant. The staff went above abs beyond to make it a special birthday. Grant, checked us in and had wine and desserts sent to the room as a birthday surprise. We will be back."
