First time staying at the Lotte hotel. The room was super spacious. The beds were so comfy! Room service was superb (have the spring risotto). The lounge on the 16th floor had delicious drinks for happy hour as well as beautiful view! Will definitely be staying at The Lotte again

The hotel was very modern, beds are very comfy - not crazy about all the mirrors and the extensive lighting options - Sometimes, you just want to be able to turn on and off lights! But, overall, beautiful hotel, located in the prime area of the city, close to restaurants, shops, and the water. The staff were very friendly and the valet staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our needs.

This Boutique hotel is a new and modern downtown establishment.......built around a historic building! Voted best hotel in Seattle 2025 and listed on the Michelin guide. Highly recommended! Super convenient location ( 15 minutes walk to Pike's Place Market ), Ultra-spacious, modern and clean, quiet, full list of amenities, really comfy beds, friendly service, helpful complimentary chauffeur ride service around downtown. The only complaint was the price of the breakfasts at their restaurant ' Charlotte ' ....with a view! Whopping USD 36 for 2 small slices of baguette size Dungeness crab toast with mayo dress.

Wow! I searched quite a few properties and even booked another before finally landing at Lotte. I am so happy with my decision. The greeting was warm and inviting upon arrival, I didn’t realize registration was on the 16th floor. Such a cool way to check in and immediately be immersed in this amazing hotel! A incredible view of the city and port. The amenities were great in the room too. Simple things like toothbrushes and toothpaste, vanity kits, combs and the lotions were top tier! Loved having robes and slippers too after a rainfall shower. A truly relaxing way to be in the room after a day of walking. Centrally located in the city. Storyville Coffee and Pike Place all within a 15 minute walk. Everything else is a quick ride away. Highly recommend staying here and thank you Lotte staff for an amazing stay!
