Hotel was beautiful, staff were terrible. Both times I called, once to request early check in and after check out to inquire about additional fees charged, the staff were short and rude. Check in was a nightmare, the lobby was PACKED with guests. Had to sit around and wait for over an hour because “our room was not ready”. We were told we would receive a text when the room was ready. After an hour we noticed people who had arrived long after us were getting room keys. We went to the front desk to double check and the room had been ready for who knows how long. When we finally got into the room the carpet was wet. We were double charged for parking with no communication. I would never stay here again.
Room was terrible. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed, toilet water ran for two days. Called the front for a new room and they told me were sold out sorry either stay or check out. After contacting Expedia the hotel offered 100 dollar refund on a nearly 900 dollars stay for 2 nights. This is BS when u charge people that much and give them a room like this and only offer 100 dollars as a be quote and go away.
They were very unprepared for the influx in bookings. Rooms were not ready at the stated check-in time, which caused us to be late to our event. Note- they didn't having problems planning the the multiple events this last weekend by jacking the room prices due to summer and peak season, but preparing staff wise they did badly. When looking for some compensation for being later to our event we were offered snacks.
They made our room amazing for the night of our engagement with heart shaped balloons , rose petals, and free champagne and it was beautiful! Definitely made our night special! The staff were kind and accommodating, and helped us in anyway we needed! Definitely will be back!!

It took 1 hour to do the checkin because of a long line of customers being served by only 5 employees. I finely was able to complete the checkin at 5 pm and the room was not ready. Had to wait for 1/2 hour. Very disappointed!
