"The breakfast at the Spruce Cafe in the hotel was excellent. Location also excellent. Overall loved our stay. Only 2 minor issues: The ice was in a bag which was a solid mass you had to bang on the countertop to break up. And one elevator was down the whole time we were there. But the staff were very accommodating and helpful."

"AC wasn't working on a 80-degree day, and window won't open. When we told the staff, they sent up a mediocre fan that only circulated the hot air inside the room. It was like sleeping in a sauna, Location is great, but the stay was not comfortable at all."

"After a long day of travel, the last thing we needed to hear at check in was to come back to the front desk after 23:00 for a parking pass because the person that checked us in didn’t know how to print one. When we returned at 23:00 the person working at that time simply pulled a preprinted slip from a folder and wrote the date on it. When checking out the next day the third person we had contact with wasn’t pleasant and without asking for our room number, took our key cards and went back to what they were doing with out a thank you or any type of acknowledgment."

"Everything was clean, breakfast was good, staff was nice. Only problem, for such a large HI, two elevators only. We were struggling with housekeeping for an empty elevator....and it was in the morning, hours before check out time. It took almost 15 minutes at 8AM to get in an elevator with our luggage. "
