The staff was very courteous and very helpful throughout our stay! The hotel itself is beautiful and has comfortable feel . The bookstore restaurant was a plus too with delicious food and great coffee! Last, but not least, the location was perfect for easy access to downtown attractions and the piers.

The front desk guy, Noble, was a star ⭐️ and we were greeted so wonderfully. It was our serendipitous night out without the kids, and we needed some real rest, so we came here. It was just perfect - peaceful, roomy, great good sleep.

Room was clean and spacious, staff pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfy. Room definitely could use an upgrade/update. Felt very fiftyish, but without much charm. Location definitely a big plus.
